Publishing is often a largely misunderstood side of the music licensing industry. Often, there is confusion regarding what benefits a publishing contract can bring an artist, or whether or not an artist is ready for a publisher at any particular point in their career.

Noreen Prunier is the Head of A&R at ATG Group managing artists, songwriters, and producers in the pop and R&B space. Originally from Nashville, she is now living in Los Angeles where she has experience working in A&R at Wide Eyed Entertainment, a management and publishing venture with Pulse Recordings. There, she worked with powerhouse Beka Tischker with Julia Michaels, Becky G, Di Genius, Aldae, and more. Before that, she helped build GRAMMY-nominated producer busbee’s publishing and label venture with Warner Records where she signed artists and songwriters under his mentorship. She’s also passionate about creating community within our music industry and strives to build a space for creatives to connect with monthly songwriter hangs.
