Creating and Pitching Music For Sync w/Jené Etheridge
September 13 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT
Where does one begin diving into the world of sync as a music creator? Beginning one’s journey into this area of the music industry can be a daunting task and a seemingly monstrous feat to conquer. But we know, so many artists have embarked on this same journey, beginning from the same place of intimidation, and so many are doing it and succeeding! So that’s some reassurance!
Jené Etheridge is here to provide more of that reassurance, and help us see into this world — breaking down misconceived notions and helping build our tool chest so the journey ahead looks less ominous. Jené is a music curator, cyclist, radio host, and community organizer currently based out of Mexico City. As Catalog Curator + Music Producer Marmoset Music, she has led music curation, production, original composition, and sound design projects for branded content and independent films. Her past clients include: Nike, Google, Cadillac, Spotify, Planned Parenthood, Vogue, and Netflix.
