PMF is shifting the landscape and making lives in music more holistically sustainable for emerging and independent artists of all backgrounds and identities.

We believe to have a place on stage or in the recording studio is to be seen, heard, and understood. For too long, women, nonbinary, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ music creators, as well as artists with disabilities and from under-resourced communities have been excluded from roles across the music industry—silencing the voices we need to hear most.

It is a core part of our mission to uplift marginalized communities and bring more inclusivity and representation to the music scene and the world.
